Chefs Warehouse & Canteen
Contemporary Tapas
Urban Wine Bar | $$
A renovated space on Breë is ticking all the right boxes, the narrow doorways, exposed granite walls and dimly-lit walls of wine provide the perfect old world setting for a glass or two. And the best news of all is that you can pair them with Chefs Warehouse tapas plates.
Liam Tomlin has opened up a wine bar in his restaurant on Bree street, an informal modern contemporary space serving his acclaimed tapas with a smashing curated list of wines. Most wines are available by the glass and can be enjoyed with a small selection of tapas plates. There are a few other nibbles, including the oysters, umami bites that have become famous for a reason.
Dishes change daily, so be prepared to see varying options every day.
The food is sublime, the wines are epically smash-able and the new look is stunning. There's a reason this is a firm favourite amongst locals. And best of all, no reservations required.
An epicures dream.
